MRO Membership

This membership includes unlimited consultation and guidance to Medical Review Officers (MRO) on their responsibilities for reporting to the Clearinghouse. MRO’s can request assistance via e-mail or phone consultation and will also receive our quarterly newsletter. Membership allows for up to 3 users from your organization. MRO’s have responsibilities in the Clearinghouse are as follow:

• Registration as a Clearinghouse User
• Registration of any MRO staff members or MRO assistants
• Reporting of positive drug tests
• Reporting of MRO determined refusal to test
