This membership includes unlimited consultation and guidance to Medical Review Officers (MRO) on their responsibilities for reporting to the Clearinghouse. MRO’s can request assistance via e-mail or phone consultation and will also receive our quarterly newsletter. Membership allows for up to 3 users from your organization. The SAP responsibilities in the Clearinghouse are as follows:
- Registration as a Clearinghouse User
- Registration of any MRO staff members or MRO assistants
- Reporting of positive drug tests
- Reporting of MRO determined refusal to test

For Substance Abuse Professionals-

Updates On Clearinghouse Requirements
This membership includes unlimited consultation and guidance to Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) on their responsibilities for reporting to the Clearinghouse. SAP’s can request assistance via e-mail or phone consultation and will also receive our quarterly newsletter. Membership allows for up to 3 users from your organization. MRO’s responsibilities in the Clearinghouse are as follows:
- Registration as a Clearinghouse User
- Registration of any SAP staff members
- Report date of initial assessment for a driver enrolling in the return to duty SAP process
- Report date of final evaluation and release of driver for return to duty and follow-up testing
C/TPA Membership
For Consortium/Third-Party Administrators-

Updates On Clearinghouse Requirements
This membership includes unlimited consultation and guidance to Consortium/Third-Party Administrators (C/TPA) on their responsibilities for reporting to the Clearinghouse. C/TPA’s can request assistance via e-mail or phone consultation and will also receive our quarterly newsletter. Membership allows for up to 3 users from your organization. The C/TPA Clearinghouse responsibilities are as follows:
- Registration as a Clearinghouse User
- Registration of any C/TPA staff members
- Requesting driver consents for queries
- Performing queries on behalf of employers
- Queries and reporting on behalf of owner operators
- Reporting of drug and alcohol violations on behalf of employers
- Reporting on behalf of employers – negative return to duty tests and successful completion of SAP required follow up testing
