SAP Membership

This membership includes unlimited consultation and guidance to Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) on their responsibilities for reporting to the Clearinghouse.  SAP’s can request assistance via e-mail or phone consultation and will also receive our quarterly newsletter. Membership allows for up to 3 users from your organization.  A SAP’s responsibilities in the Clearinghouse are as follow:

• Registration as a Clearinghouse User
• Registration of any SAP staff members
• Report date of initial assessment for a driver enrolling in the return to duty SAP process
• Report date of final evaluation and release of driver for return to duty and follow-up testing
